Lachme is our Preschool Manager and holds the following qualifications:

Lachme says, “I joined Little Limehouse Preschool in January 2020, I have over twenty-five years of experience in the childcare sector and enjoy my role as the Preschool Manager. I have an Early Years Foundation Degree, BA in Early Childhood and to enhance my Childcare qualification have EYPS. My passion is supporting people ‘big and small’ and I love to lead my team to create a high quality childcare setting that we are all proud of through a shared vision, and to see our children people grow in a warm caring environment, and to become confident lifelong learners.

I previously worked in schools as well as large nursery chains where I promoted to Nursery Manager. I have gained valuable experience and skills that enables me to devise plans within my leadership role.

I have always enjoyed being in the childcare field and the sense of achievement it brings when you see the children in your care happy, confident and learning new skills ready for their school years – just knowing that I have been an important part of their lives makes me feel very privileged and proud”.
